Refund Policy for Online Training Courses
Effective date: January 1, 2025.
We are committed to providing quality training and ensuring customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines your rights to request a refund for our online training courses under EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right to cancel
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase of an online training course within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
14 The 12-day withdrawal period begins the day after you purchase the course.
To exercise your right to cancel training, you must notify us in writing by email to info@mhelper.eu in the free form of your choice.
2. Exceptions to the right to withdraw from online training courses
Your right to a refund may be affected by the following circumstances:
Completed Courses: If the course is fully completed or all course materials have been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
By registering for and starting an online course, you confirm that you waive your right to a refund.
3. Right of return
Refunds will be made under the following conditions:
The request is made within the 14-day withdrawal period and you have not joined or started the course.
The course was not delivered as advertised and a solution could not be found.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
You were unable to access the course due to technical issues (e.g. incompatible devices or poor internet connection).
After the 14-day withdrawal period, you no longer wish to take the course.
4. Return process
Once we approve your refund request, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your request.
Refunds will be transferred to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Your name and surname
Digital course name
Purchase date
Reason for return (optional, unless the 14-day withdrawal period has not expired)
6. Dispute resolution
If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the option of contacting your local consumer protection authority or contacting a mediator through the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
