This refund policy outlines your rights to request a refund for our online training courses under EU consumer protection laws. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Right to cancel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase of an online training course within <strong>14<\/strong> calendar days of purchase without giving any reason. Exceptions to the right to withdraw from online training courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your right to a refund may be affected by the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Completed Courses: If the course is fully completed or all course materials have been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By registering for and starting an online course, you confirm that you waive your right to a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
